# Third-party sample fixture notices

The IFC files listed here are redistributed unmodified. Their licenses apply to
the fixture files themselves; they do not replace the license of
`ifc-engine-core` or of the demo.

This file is copied to the root of the deployed demo, because CC BY 4.0 asks for
attribution on the distributed artifact rather than only in the source
repository. The running UI shows the same fields in its "モデル出典" panel.

The other three bundled fixtures — `minimal_wall_u1_2026-07.ifc`,
`synthetic-tower-1024p-8s.ifc` and `synthetic-office-10018p-16s.ifc` — are
created by the project authors and carry no third-party rights; see `README.md`.

`standards.buildingsmart.org`, but that site's content is offered under
CC BY-ND 4.0 (no derivatives). This fixture is sourced from
`buildingSMART/Sample-Test-Files` instead, whose repository-level `LICENSE` file
is CC BY 4.0.
